Process Construction typically has anywhere from 75 to 250 pipe fitters on the payroll, depending upon our work load. We have 15 full time field supervisors with a long history at Process Construction. You can be confident they will exceed your expectations on your next project.

Safety

We have a top-notch safety program with an average EMR of 0.42 over the last 5 years, well below the industry average. Job Foremen conduct weekly tool box talks and safety inspections. Our full time environmental, health, and safety manager performs safety inspections and conducts in-house training. We believe safety is 90% attitude, and past customers who are also industry safety leaders, like Procter and Gamble or Dow Corning, will attest to Process Construction’s strong performance in regard to safety.

Large Facility with Extensive Tooling to Compliment

• PCI has the largest pipe fabrication shop in the Greater Cincinnati area. At 35,000 square feet and 3 acres of useable yard area, we can accommodate a wide range of projects. See an aerial photo of our facility.
• All foremen and project managers have cell phones for immediate accessibility.
• Our service vans are equipped for dealing with all routine maintenance work.
• Welding machines: semi auto micro wire, pulse arc, high frequency, electric, gas drive, orbital.
• Piranha Ironworker hole punch & break machine, H&M flame cutting and beveling equipment, 12" band saw, Abrasive cut-off saw, plasma arc cutting equipment, end prep equipment, Pandjiris tank rollers and multiple positioners.

By utilizing our large shop, we are able to fabricate a large amount of piping off the job site, thereby decreasing safety risks, easing space needs at your facility, realizing greater worker productivity, cutting costs, and accelerating the time of completion.
