David M. Spaulding C.O.O.
Dave has been at Process Construction since it's inception in 1985. He has primary responsibility for day to day operations including staffing. Dave also keeps a hand in the sales side of the business as well, maintaining some of our key customer relationships and promoting our HVAC Service division.

Doug Doxsey Construction Services Manager
Doug is LEED Certified and has been with Process since 1987. He started his career as a pipe fitter in the field, and as a result knows the piping industry inside and out. Doug installed and managed projects before moving into the office as a Project Manager. In his current responsibility, Doug leads the estimating and project management group for Process Construction.

Chad Ramey Environmental Health and Safety Manager
Chad is the latest addition to the Process Construction family. Chad has a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Health and Safety Management from Indiana State University and has worked in the industrial sector in construction safety since 1998. Chad will perform job site audits, in house training, and oversee all our ES&H Programs at Process Construction.

Tom Heyl Project Manager
With more then 35 years experience, Tom has wealth of knowledge in the piping industry. Tom has been involved in every facet of Industrial Construction from fabricating for the brewery business to the construction and maintenance of power plants. He is currently a project manager / estimator contributing to the growth and success of Process Construction.

Joe Doxsey Project Manager
Joe has managed many of our larger projects in the field over the last 10 years, including several projects in other parts of the country. He brings a wealth of experience to the office, with over 25 years field experience. Joe is currently a project manager / estimator contributing to the growth and success of Process Construction.

Mike Schmidt Project Manager
Mike has been with the Process team since 1985. With more than 25 years in the piping industry, Mike has been involved both as a pipe fitter and as supervision on many projects in the area. Mike is also a Certified Pipefitting Instructor through the University of Michigan. Mike is our QC Program Manager in addition to working as a project manager/estimator.

Randy Bachman Sales/Service Manager
Randy started with Process Construction in 2003 with 20 years of experience in the HVAC/R Service Industry. Randy carries his Ohio Contractors Licenses in Hydronics, HVAC and Refrigeration, as well as a Kentucky Master License, and EPA Universal License. Randy has worked as an HVAC/R Service Instructor receiving a Certified Instructors License through Michigan State University. Randy has also worked as a Service Technician, and Team Leader. Randy’s responsibilities are Service Manager, Sales Manager, and Field Technical Support.

Linda Jacobs Service Coordinator
Linda came to PCI in 2005. Her responsibilities include: serving as the customer interface with the service department and scheduling/dispatching for the service technicians.
