Our Staff

At Process Construction we are a company that is large enough to handle nearly any size mechanical job yet we never forget that we are a small family business. We value each and every customer and do not view them just as a number. Each member of our team goes above and beyond fulfilling their role so that as a whole we are providing each customer the time and dedication that they deserve. Dave Spaulding - COO

Dave has been at Process Construction since its inception in 1985, and oversee's all functions of the organization. Dave also keeps a hand in the sales side of the business as well, maintaining some of our key customer relationships and promoting our HVAC Service division.

Clem Fennell - Director of Operations

Clem's is the fifth generation of his family to be a part of the mechanical contracting business. Having been at PCI since 2007 Clem has worked in all areas of the business. He now handles the overall day to day operations of the company in addition to continual sales of all services that PCI offers.

Doug Doxsey - Construction Services Manager

Doug has been with Process since 1987. He started his career as a pipe fitter in the field. Doug installed and managed projects before moving into the office as a Project Manager. In his current responsibility, Doug leads the estimating and project management group for Process Construction, is LEED Certified, and also holds a Kentucky Boiler/Pressure Piping Contractors License.

Chad Ramey - Environmental Health and Safety Manager

Chad has a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Health and Safety Management from Indiana State University and has worked in the industrial sector in construction safety since 1998. Chad performs job site audits, in house training, and oversee all our ES&H Programs at Process Construction as well as numerous day to day operations.




Brian Horvath - Director of HVAC Services

Brian joined the PCI Team in 2005, and brings a great deal of experience and expertise having worked in the hvac business for nearly 20 years. Brian currently handles the day to day operations of the service division. Additionally, he designs, estimates, and manages various HVAC service and installation projects. Brian carries a Ohio Contractors HVAC License as well as a Kentucky Master HVAC License, is certified in Honeywell WEB’s Building Automation and holds a Hamilton County Master Plumbers License.

Mike McCarthy - HVAC Service Manager

With 30+ years of experience in the HVAC Service Industry as a technician and foreman Mike brings a great deal of knowledge and experience to PCI. Mike's current responsibilities include sales, estimating, project management and field technical support for our HVAC service division.

Mike Blum - Plumbing Manager

Mike has been at PCI since 2011 managing of our plumbing department. Mike possesses a wealth of knowledge in the plumbing field as he has 20+ years of experience in the plumbing field and holds a Kentucky Masters License. His current responsibilities are wide ranging and include estimating, sales, and day to day operations of our plumbing department.





Joe Doxsey - Project Manager

Joe has been with Process Construction since 1990 and is currently a project manager / estimator for our construction services division. As a pipefitter and foreman, he managed many of our larger projects in the field, including several projects in other parts of the country. With over 25 years of field experience Joe has great familiarity with this industry.

Tim Young - Project Manger

Tim has been working for Process since 1994. Tim has 22 years of field experience both as a pipefitter and project superintendent. In addition to his vast amount of process piping experience, Tim also has a certificate of qualification in industrial rigging through the United Association. Tim is currently working as a construction project manager and estimator.

Bill Bohart - Procurement / Estimator

Bill's history with PCi dates back to our inception in 1985. Bill began his career in the field as a pipe fitter before becoming a foreman and managing major accounts and job installations. Currently Bill's responsibilities include material purchasing, estimating, and project management.

Vince Bowman III - Project Manager

Vince completed his internship through Northern Kentucky University with PCI in 2006-2007 and began working for PCI full time in 2010. Vince is a graduate of NKU with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management and an Associate’s Degree in Construction Technology. Vince is currently working as an estimator / project manager in the Construction Services group and also holds a Kentucky Boiler/Pressure Piping Contractors License.

Jacob Viel - Assistant Project Manager / Estimator

Jacob joined PCI first as a co-op in December of 2015, he has since become a full time member of our team. Jacob earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Northern Kentucky University. Jacob served 4 years in the United States Army as a head mechnic responsible for a crew of equipment maintenance mechanics. Jacob is well rounded and has experience working in the field with pipefitters, boilermakers, ironworkers and laborers.
